In a move that has people talking, Lane Kiffin has offered and received a verbal commitment from Red Lion Christian Academy's David Sills, a 13-year old quarterback phenom. Kiffin cannot comment on the commitment for 5 years due to NCAA regulations. Talk about it on DePreps!
