US Futbol Training and the Hockessin Athletic Club have come together to offer the Individual Performance Academy. Your eight weeks of training will be every Monday night from 6PM-730PM beginning March 29th.
You will recieve 4 outdoor training sessions emphazing individual technical training. You will also recieve 4 indoor sessions focusing on speed, agility, and strength training geared toward soccer specific movements, and you will get time management and nutritional information as well. This training will be conducted by Willie Wilson, Charter football coach, and Trevor Williams, strength and conditiong coach for UD Football.
