I completely agree with Minkar, statistically speaking, DMA Lax has a huge advantage against many teams when it comes to shot speeds, shots per game, per person and average saves and clears, many teams like Cape and Sallies have great popularity for having grand sports but the truth is they really do not know the full potential of the DMA lax team, in my opinion, they are just prejudice and are looking for some attention, of course I say this with discretion and mean no offense to any who fall under that category, but still the fact remains, you really need to stop judging others without knowing their true potential...this message is mostly to inform ALaxFan6 to be more vigilant...messages written by ALaxFan6 look at the Hodgson vs DMA topic, that was also made by him)

You're kidding right. Your quoting statistics on shot speed and shots per game...clears and then comparing to Sallies and some of the other proven programs that play against solid quality competition.
Any statistics you put up will be skewed based on the level of competition. If the team you are playing is not very good, of course you are going to get a bunch of shots, if they can't ride your clear percentage will be amazing.
Take the rose colored glasses off and give the competition they have played an honest evaluation. It is a weak schedule, against weak competition. Yes they have won, good for them, but lets not crown them Hopkins quite yet.

Coach Madison has done an outstanding job with DMA. Three seasons ago they won 2 games and today they are potentially a #4 seed in the playoffs.
True they have not played anyone that is considered a top 10 team other than Archmere and they lost, yet they still may win 14 games, congratulations.
Their 14 victories have come against teams with a combined winning % of less than 450....So Minkar and Matthais you must understand the skeptisism when it comes to your team.
All indications are that DMA will play well against lesser teams and lose when the competition is better, which would lead almost everyone to the same conclusion... that they will loose in the playoffs.
PS: Matthais for future reference...you loose lots and lots and lots of credibility when you start speaking about shot speed as a reason DMA will win in the playoffs...

Lol I honestly can't tell if you're kidding. Cape and Sallies have "grand" sports? Shot speeds? Average clears? Does DMA clock their shots during games?

They did score some goals - true blowouts are usually have scores like 15-1. Sounds like the CR offense overwhelemed the DMA defense, but how did they score 8 goals?

Because they didn't want to utterly humiliate them by scoring into the 30's like they could have...the game was over within the first 5 minutes...such a shame that we didn't get to see St. Marks or St. Andrews play a competitive first round game against CR. I want my $5 back!

They scored because CR was working in/resting starters beginning in the 2nd quarter. The starters played later in the game, but subs played a majority of the time. CR also possessed without trying to score for most of the 2nd half.
I'm saying Friends is beating CR in the quarters...beginning of a Quaker title run. GO QUAKERS!

CR Friends can be a great game as long as CR plays a full game...they have been having issues plaging a solid 4.
