@lauriel13: I think maybe ask to speak to the coach if possible and let the coach know of some of the issues that you have. Be nice about it though. Maybe if he knows that there are more players on the team that feel a certain way maybe he'll talk to them too. When you get in the game give 100% on the court to help the team and work hard to get better too.
