It was an exciting week in Delaware football as we approach the heart of the high school season.

Jack Malloy ran for 181 yds and 2 touchdowns on 13 carries. JM Nocket had 2 interceptions including a 65 yard interception return. Tanner McIlrath had 74 yards on 10 carries. The Auks piled up 364 yards on the ground while gaining their first win of the season as they defeated Tatnall 28-8.
Logan Wescott ran for 64 yards and 9 completions for 131 yards in the Blue Raider's 24-12 win over the Quakers. Shedrick Rayford had 11 carries for 61 yards and Brent Adams averaged 58.2 yards per kickoff. For Friends, Jack Kempner was 8/18 with a touchdown completion. Stephen Maguire rushed 23 times for 72 yards and Jonathan Gardner recovered a fumble.
3 touchdown runs by Taronn Selby along with 2 touchdown runs by twin brother Keyjuan Selby paced the Hawks of St. Georges to a 49-18 over Mt. Pleasant.
Cole Wenzel's 2 yard touchdown run along with qb Matt Smith's 12 yard run along with a pass of 28 yards to Peter Smith, Jermaine Knotts 18 yard run paced the 3-0 Hillers of Tower Hill to a 28-8 win over the Seahawks of Delaware Military Academy at 2-1. Trevor Hill scored the Seahawks only touchdown on a 3 yard run
