Myles Cale leads Jaguars in season opener

The Appoquinimink Jaguars, who are rated #6 in the state of Delaware, won their first game of the season by defeating Hodgson Vo-Tech 64-58 this past week. Myles Cale ‘17, who has already been a 2-time all-state selection in his sophomore and junior year, scored 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead his team to an exciting victory.

The 6’4” senior guard is a nationally ranked player who is #65 on the Rivals Hoops Top 50 seniors for the class of 2017. He is a combo guard who has already signed her National Letter of intent to play at Seton Hall of the Big East Conference.

Cale also averaged 26.4 points and 9.3 rebounds as Appoquinimink had a 13-8 won-lost record in the 2015-2016 basketball season.
